比尔盖茨客串《生活大爆炸》,还打了谢耳朵?
Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates will appear as himself on The Big Bang Theory next month. The episode, which cnn reports will air in late March, will see Penny (Kaley Cuoco) hosting Gates at work, with her friends trying to do everything to meet him. The show is full of tech-obsessed characters, who will no doubt be excited to see superhero Bill Gates appear. It's not clear if Gates' appearance will be brief, or a star role throughout the episode, but the show is bound to reference Gates' work at Microsoft or his life after the company as a billionaire philanthropist. But here's a Big Bang fun fact for you: Sheldon has actually already met the infamous tech billionaire on the CBS comedy and let's just say their first interaction did not go very well. In fact, Gates punched Sheldon in the face! "Gates gave a speech at the university," Raj explained. "Sheldon went up to him afterwards and said, 'Maybe if you weren't so distracted by sick children in Africa, you could've put a little more thought into Windows Vista.' "Bam! Right in the nose," Leonard added triumphantly. As of now, there's no news if The Big Bang Theory plans to incorporate or address Sheldon and Gates' previously mentioned altercation into the current storyline, but we're keeping our fingers crossed! Gates isn't the first famous figure from tech or science to appear on the show. Buzz Aldrin, Stephen Hawking, Elon Musk, and Steve Wozniak have all appeared as guest stars on The Big Bang Theory over the years. This is the first time Gates has appeared in a TV sitcom guest role since his appearance in Frasier back in 2001. Gates has certainly worked up an appetite for acting, though. He's previously dressed up as Austin Powers , imitated Morpheus from The Matrix, and performed in an elaborate farewell video to mark his departure from full-time work at Microsoft.
