Cyberslacking 网络摸鱼
Cyberslacking refers to staff who use their work internet access for personal reasons while maintaining the appearance of working. That is also known as goldbricking, "Buca-ing" cyberloafing or cyberbludging, and can lead to inefficiency. “网络摸鱼”指员工一边假装工作一边利用单位网络办私事。Goldbricking、Buca-ing" cyberloafing或cyberbludging等词都可以用来指“网络摸鱼”,这种行为会导致工作效率低下。 Instances of cyberslacking have increased markedly since broadband Internet connections became commonplace in workplaces. Many firms employ surveillance software to track employees' Internet activity in an effort to limit liability and improve productivity.
