国经贸贸易[1999]930号 GuoJingMaoMaoYi [1999] No.930 September 27, 1999 The Economic and Trade Commission and Foreign Trade Committee of the provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, municipalities separately listed on the State plan and production and construction crops of Xinjiang, Guangdong branch of the General Administration Customs, customs directly under the General Administration of Customs and relevant departments of State Council: With a view to implementing the Circular of General Office of the State Council on Transmitting the Opinions of State Economic and Trade Commission and Other Departments on Further Perfecting the Deposit Machine Account System of Processing Trade Bank (GuoBanFa [1999] No.35), the Circular on Confirming Commodity Lists of the First Batch of Import Product of Processing Trade in Prohibition and in Restriction (GuoJingMaoMaoYi [1999] No.490, hereinafter referred as Commodity Lists) was jointly promulgated by State Economic and Trade Commission, the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation and the General Administration of Customs. Now adjustment to the numbers of heading of cotton cloth in the Commodity Lists has been made since October1, 1999.
