腾讯要收购愤怒的小鸟,是要称霸游戏界?
Chinese Internet company Tencent (TCEHY) is said to be looking to acquire privately held Rovio Entertainment, the maker of the popular "Angry Birds" game app, sources close to the matter told The Information. Tencent is said to be just one of several companies to approach Rovio. The company is considering offers, but the same source said that Rovio may opt to stay independent and could go public at the end of this year. A deal for Rovio would be close to $3 billion, but no such transaction has been reached yet, another source said. |
