childish孩子气的，指孩子不如人意的地方，如不懂事、幼稚、傻气等，带有贬义

childlike孩子般的，多指孩子讨人喜欢的方面，如天真、纯洁、真诚等

company ,firm

根据英美企业法，firm只是指partnership(合伙公司)或unincorporated business(非责任有限公司)，company则可指corporation(责任有限公司)。
