World top three to compete at women's epee world cup

World top three women's epee fencers will participate the women's World Cup epee tournament slated for May 18-20 in Nanjing, East China's Jiangsu Province.

The tournament, which serves as an Olympic point-awarding event, attracts a world-class field boasting 19 out of the top 20 fencers, led by world number one Emese Szasz of Hungary, second-ranked Laura Flessel-Colovic from France and Canadian swordwoman Sherraine Mackay, third ranked in the world.

Individual and team events will be up for grabs for more than 130 swordwomen from 28 countries and regions.
