Uruguay to play Chile, China, S. Korea soccer friendlies
Uruguay's under-20 national soccer team will play friend games with Chile, China and South Korea the next month as a warm up in the World Cup slated from June 30 to July 22 in Canada. The team, led by Gustavo Ferrin, plays in the Cup's Group B, alongside Spain, Jordan and Zambia. On May 3, the Uruguayan team, known as Los Celestes (The Sky Blue), will visit Chile and head for China after a May 12 game there, and then head for South Korea, who are in Group D, alongside Brazil, Poland and the United States |
