研究发现 多吃蔬菜水果可令女性少长皱纹
A diet high in fish, fruit and vegetables could help women beat wrinkles, a study suggests. Those eating the greatest amount of the three had fewer lines -- meaning the foods could be a cheaper option than face creams. But the same diet made no difference to men's skin. A Dutch team quizzed 2,700 men and women aged 50-plus on what they ate then gave them a 3-D face scan. Females were less prone to wrinkles if they were non-smokers, protected against the sun and ate healthily. Their findings were published in the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology. Those who had lots of meat, sugar, saturated fat and booze looked haggard. Scientists think boosting the body with vitamins and flavonoids stimulates the growth of collagen, the fiber that keeps skin stretchy and taut. Women typically have thinner skin, which may make it more prone to wrinkling. |
