俄罗斯科学家研制出人参巧克力
A postgraduate student from Russia's Far Eastern Federal University, Maya Razgonova, has created a chocolate highly enriched with imaginatively derived ginseng extract. This healthy sweet's creator used a "supercritical extraction" technology with the help of highly pressurized carbon dioxide gas to maximally preserve ginseng's biologically active substances within chocolate. The ginseng used is a wild form of the plant found in Primorsky Krai. A single tile of the chocolate contains a daily dose of ginsenosides and other nutrients with immune-stimulant, antioxidant and energy-boosting effects. The chocolate also includes pine nuts and an edible gold leaf. According to the university, work on the chocolate is being finalized, and the healthy sweet may eventually become one of Primosky Krai's distinctive brands. |
