麦当劳巨无霸汉堡酱,现在单独卖了
In the past, McDonald's has released bottles of its Big Mac secret sauce for purchase at select locations and, thankfully, that promotion is back. You can once again purchase that famous Big Mac sauce at some restaurant locations, but this time, it's for a good cause. The last time McDonald's had this limited time offer, the public went absolutely wild. Some people paid hundreds of dollars for just one of the special edition bottles on eBay. Now, McDonald's will be releasing 144,000 bottles of the sauce in locations all around Australia, according to News.com, and the proceeds from the sauce sales will benefit The Ronald McDonald House. For those unfamiliar, the Ronald McDonald House is the company's charity, and it gives families with a child in the hospital a place to live during the child's inpatient stay. The promotion is a part of "McHappy Day," a tradition at Australian locations of the chain that is dedicated to raising money for Ronald McDonald House. McHappy Day has been around since 1991 and has raised upwards of $46 million for the organization, as reported by News.com. Special sauce bottles will be sold for $12—that is, if you get them before they make their way to eBay—and two dollars from every Big Mac purchase on November 16 will also be donated to the organization. The reason the sauce bottles are so sought after is because although the ingredients are listed on the label, it doesn't say what quantity of each is used. Therefore, it's almost impossible that any of us could recreate the iconic condiment. |
