“上大号”怎么说

"Dump"是"丢掉"的意思，"丢"什么就不必解释了吧？"我要上厕所"(大小号都一样) 可以说 "I need to use the restroom." 或简单地说"I need to go."

和汉语中一样，英语里有些口语也是和人体代谢物有关的，比如这个"有屁快放"。
