Pledged Supplementary Lending 抵押补充贷款

As the direct and effective funding support to infrastructure and shanty town renovation, Pledged Supplementary Lending (PSL) is expected to continue speeding up in Q2. 

作为一个能为基础设施建设和棚户区改造提供直接有效资金支持的工具，抵押补充贷款在今年第二季度有望扩大规模。

PSL即抵押补充贷款，是指一种以抵押为方式的新型补充贷款工具（a new type of supplementary lending instrument backed by collateral），能为市场增加流动性（inject liquidity into the market）。合格抵押品（collateral）可能包括高信用评级的债券类资产（bond assets）及优质信贷资产（credit assets）等。

2014年，国家开发银行从央行获得3年期的1万亿元PSL，将用于支持棚户区改造（reconstruction of shanty towns）、保障房安居工程（affordable housing projects）及三农和小微经济发展。
