United Nations' dues 联合国会费

China's growing clout in international affairs has seen it rise to become the third-largest contributor to the United Nations' dues, according to a senior Chinese official to the global body.

据中国常驻联合国一位高级官员表示，中国在国际事务中的影响力大幅提升，一跃成为联合国会费第三大贡国。

联合国会费（United Nations' dues）由各会员国缴纳，联合国的经费大多来源于193个会员国所缴纳的会费。会费主要由经常性预算（regular budget）、维和费用（peacekeeping operations spending）和国际法庭费用三部分组成。

其中，经常性预算用于支付维持机构正常运转所需的经常性开支，会费分摊比例（scale of assessments）由联合国大会根据会费委员会的建议，分摊给各个成员国，有效期通常为3年。
