胡安·安东尼奥·萨马兰奇(1920.7.17－2010.4.21)侯爵，西班牙人，国际奥委会终身名誉主席。他长期关心和支持中国的体育事业，为中国1979年重返国际奥林匹克大家庭以及中国成功申办2008年夏季奥运会作出重大帮助。他曾担任国际奥林匹克委员会主席长达21年，任内成功推动奥运会商业化，让国际奥委会脱离财政危机。1984年洛杉矶奥运会上，他亲手颁发中国在历史上获得的第一枚奥运金牌。2010年4月21日，萨马兰奇病逝于西班牙巴塞罗那，享年89岁。
