今年前5个月，新兴市场企业的首次公开发行(IPO)数量大幅增加，在全球市场上的融资额已达537亿美元。

A dramatic increase in initial public offerings by emerging market companies this year has raised $53.7bn so far on global markets.

Dealogic公司的数据显示，今年前5个月，新兴市场企业的筹资额达到创纪录水平，相当于2006年全年水平的一半。

The funds raised are the highest level on record for the first five months of the year, according to Dealogic, and represent half the volume for all of 2006.

由于金融系统流动性充裕、投资者承担风险意愿强烈，加之市场对高增长企业新股的需求不断上升，发展中国家企业的新股发行量大增。

The spree of new issues in the developing world has been fuelled by ample liquidity in the financial system, a strong appetite for risk among investors and growing demand for new equity from fast-growing companies.
