(Before an Interview) Lisa: I have a piece of good news to tell you, Mr. Ruby. Steven: What's it? Lisa: I'll have an interview with the IBG tomorrow afternoon. Steven: Really? I'm glad to hear that. Lisa: I'd like to have your advice before I have the interview. Steven: I'm always happy to help you, Lisa. Lisa: Do you think they'll ask me a lot of questions? Steven: Don't be afraid of questions, Lisa. Be ready of answers. Lisa: What questions do you thind they'll ask? Steven: They may ask you questions such as: Are you interested in business? Why do you want to work in the company? Do you have any social experience? And so on. Lisa: I have confidence to answer such questions properly. Steven: Good. It's important for you to answer questions naturally and properly. Lisa: What should I say if they ask me things which I'm not familiar with? Steven: Be honest, please. Then assure the interviewer that you're able to master anything the work needs you to. Lisa: I'm more confident now, Mr. Ruby. Steven: I'm sure you'll get the position. Lisa: I'm very grateful for your help. Steven: Don't mention it, Lisa. I'll wait for your good news. Lisa: I'll let you know the results as soon as I have it. Steven: Please do.
